A person reads it — usually whoever wrote the review you're asking about.
You get a reply — from the same address you wrote to, within 3–5 business days.

How fast we reply

We're a small team. Expect an answer within 3–5 business days.

If a week has gone by with nothing, send it again — it usually means the first one landed in spam.

What we can help with

Product questions — if we've covered it, we'll tell you what we actually found, including when the answer is "don't buy it".
Corrections — send the page and the error. If you're right, we fix it and note that it changed.
Privacy requests — put Privacy request in the subject line and we'll handle it under the policy on our Privacy page.

Brands and PR

We don't sell placements, sponsored posts or guaranteed review slots, and we don't let a brand approve a review before it goes live.

What genuinely helps us: factual spec corrections, recall notices, and a plain press release. We'll write about something only if it stands on its own.
